Trivia:
del.icio.us was originally made by Joshua Schachter, a very interesting chap. He also made geoURL, which is how I heard of him. That didn't take off (too early, I think) but delicious did. @joshu on twitter if you want to follow him.
Yahoo! bought delicious, and only ruined it a little bit (by changing the URL to delicious.com). The main good parts are 1. you can back up your bookmarks, 2. there's a firefox extension for it and 3. it works on any browser.
